The dreamiest treat ever! 
This is a yeasted doughnut that I have tried and tested with various people saying it is the best doughnut they have ever eaten. I tested them first at a music festival and a lead singer from one of the headline bands on stage shouted out 'has anyone tried a doughnut?' 
 
Anyhow, these are ready to go - a super soft honeycomb crumb wth a rich homemade custard and topped with bruleed sugar.
