The king of breads. Panettone is a classic Christmas and Easter bread using a firm 'pasta madre' starter to provide a full flavoured sweet bread, the bread takes nine days to make and is an authentic Panettone using traditional methods. Flavours will vary from the traditional orange and soaked vine fruits to apple and almond, chocolate and also plum and pear....

All the breads use home made candied fruits and homemade fruit pastes with an emphasis on a slow prove bread. All the breads are cooked and as soon as they are finished they are hung upside down to cool for 8 hours to ensure they do not fall in on themselves.
