A pure white chewy sourdough boule made with a firm white sourdough starer. This bread is definitely best eaten fresh. Using locally produced cold pressed rapeseed oil (from my friends a Buston Oils), this round loaf is perfect for any occasion, scaled at 600 grams (about 550 gram loaf).  

Suitable for vegans, ingredients  - Flour (Gluten), water, Rapeseed oil and salt.
