Week 2 of the bakery

Hi everyone, that’s week two done and dusted. Again, I appreciate the orders and am grateful for both returning and new customers. Please keep providing me with feedback on my goods as it means I understand where I need to develop.

I am looking to introduce a new focccia - ‘the sweet one’ topped with summer fruits and a streusal topping. It’s well worth a try if you’ve never tried a sweet bread before.

I was also given some spent beer grains from the Rigg and Furrow tap house,

I created a really soft, nutty tangy loaf which I’ll be making very soon. I need a name for the bread though, anyone?
