Week 5

Morning,

I have just updated the website with bready good for people to enjoy. The Warkworth Wild is the biggest seller with ciabatta and focaccia hot on it's heels.

I want to start to introduce some new breads, spiced apple buns are a firm fav with my three boys; a spiced apple/raisin bun with a cider glaze and a heap of streusel on top.

Why have I added a picture of a panettone? Well I thought about doing a run of these to keep my hand in. Although they are a typical christmas bread they require a lot of work and skill to make sure they are on point. So over the year I like to run a batch - if anyone is tempted or interested in them - please drop me a line and I'll note your interest.

I have started discussions with a local shop for breads to be picked up from there - watch this space as it will act as a point where breads can be picked up from instead of being delivered and it will reach further across the region as I can only deliver so far so to manage my delivery range.
