Week one of the bakery....

So, that was a busy first weekend of baking! I firstly want to thank all the people that have emailed messages of support, spoken to me in the street, provided encouragment and also - those that have purchased bread from me. I really appreciate the trust given to me to deliver a new product, bread is such a personal food and everyone has a view of what it is and what it should taste like and for those that are prepared to take a punt and 'try it out' I am very grateful. I have been busy with making sure the components of the business are straighted out (like the shipping charges, which was pointed out to me to be too high, which it was). As I am determined to get this right for the local community, I like to have as much feedback as possible. Thanks again for all the support and I look forward to this coming week. I have been asked to make cinnamon swirls this week, so I have added those to the available products. If there is something that you want but don't see please drop me a line and I will find a way to make it!.
